Reservation Transfers & Name Changes: Are accepted up to 72-hours in advance of Summit within the same company.
Cancellations: Request for refunds must be received in writing prior to July 15, 2023. Your refund will equal the ticket price less a $100 processing fee. After July 15, 2023 please provide a name change within the same company or you may request a credit note valid for MAPconnected Membership and Events for next 12 months. Credit note valued at current ticket price paid.
Photo & Video Release
By attending I hereby grant MAPconnected, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to Vehicle Service & Warranty Lifecycle Summit and also authorize MAPconnected to use such images with or without your name in publicity, illustration, print advertising, and web content.
All programs are subject to change and MAPconnected reserves the right to alter all programs without prior notice.
