General Motors invites MAPconnected Warranty, Aftersales & Aftercare Services Network to contribute to a facilitated Club Study on April 18-19.  The facilitated benchmarking event will take place at Cole Engineering Center, Warren Michigan and include a tour of their Warranty Parts Center and a networking dinner. 

General Motors will offer an overview of the history and present-day WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESSES, SYSTEMS & COST SHARING operations.  Additional facilitated group discussions will cover peer best practices following each segment.  This club study is open to OEMs, Tier Suppliers and Aftermarket and will be limited to encourage active engagement amongst all participants.

9-12:00 pm ET | We will physically walk the General Motors Warranty Parts Center and observe individual components and parts testing as part of their Warranty Parts Investigation Programs which support their quality and supplier cost-sharing processes.
