You have purchased an in-person summit only unless you have selected the Best Value Bundle including a combination of tickets and MAPconnected membership virtual annual package. Membership packages/pricing available on www.mapconnected.com.

Reservation Transfers & Name Changes: Are accepted up to 72-hours in advance of Summit within the same company.

Cancellations: MAPconnected does not offer refunds. However, at anytime, you’re welcome to submit a name change for someone else within the same company. You may also request a credit note, valid for MAPconnected Membership and Events for the next 12 months. The credit note will reflect the ticket price you originally paid

Photo & Video Release
By attending I hereby grant MAPconnected, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to Vehicle Service & Warranty Lifecycle Summit and also authorize MAPconnected to use such images with or without your name in publicity, illustration, print advertising, and web content.

All programs are subject to change and MAPconnected reserves the right to alter all programs without prior notice.
